Quality Objectives

• Less than 2% of major visual defective garments received at the DC
• Greater than or equal to 95% of the QC audits conducted at the factory passed the 1st time
• Less than 0.5% of labeling and packaging compliance shipped from the DC
• Less than 0.3% of product quality claims returned to the DC
